Installation: Copy Running_ZProjector.classto the plugins folder and restart ImageJ.
Description: This plugin calculated a runnings average from the data in a stack. The images in layer 1-n (n is user-specified) are combined using the user specified method, this is repeated from image 2-(n+1), etc.. The plugin is useful to generate a 'rolling' or 'running' average from video sequence, to increase the signal-noise ratio in the images (at the expense of temporal resolution). The plugin was heavily based on the Grouped_ZProjector plugin written by Charlie Holly
